The Beginning

Twenty-five years inside American education.

Summit & Soul was founded by a career educator — teacher, instructional coach, district leader, assistant superintendent, principal. In every role she saw the same quiet pattern: the most gifted women leaders were carrying entire schools on their backs and keeping nothing for themselves.

They could turn around a struggling campus but couldn’t remember their last real vacation. They coached everyone and were coached by no one. They led hundreds of people and felt profoundly alone.

So she built the community she couldn’t find.
